today i had the first lesson of my gems module, nutrition and wellness. think i had choosen a good one. the module enable me to examines my personal eating habits and identify ways to promote healthy eating for general well-being through sound nutrition principles. to be healthy, not only to control the types of food we eat, but also need to be socially and mentally healthy too.
i will briefly explain. socially healthy is the ability to interact with other individuals and for mentally healthy would be the ability to process information and act properly bascially be alert. with physically, socially and mentally healthy u will be able to acheive wellness which is better the healthy. will post more information here in the future. stay tune if you are interested.
and something i think that it is interesting to share. for the gems assignment, i will be teaming up with eric from smm. so 3ric met eric. think it would be a nice collaboration :D it's a nice and good name. don't you think so.
