energy filled monday !

although it's monday today, but the energy in me is unbelievable..early in the morning, everyone in the office looks so glummy yet i am smiling away (not siao!).. it's amazing man!!and on a normal monday, i would not go for my run and just put my muscle to stress.. yet today i went for it..maybe the sundown marathon is coming that motivates me a little..
